The house is wired for both 220 and 110 volts for convenience as most of the major appliances are brought in from Miami USA and are 110v. Hot water is supplied by a solar system located on the roof.

Grenada is serviced by flights from Gatwick by British Airways Virgin Air and other charter companies.
